The Buddy's Bites Team would sincerely like to thank all our loyal, new and return customers for supporting us in our first 2 weeks of trading as the new owners.
We have been overwhelmed with preorders which is fantastic! It helps us with supply and demand. Pre-ordering guarantees quality fresh products available for all our fur baby families.
We are excited about our new look website which is currently undergoing a revamp. Customers will be able to order and pay online when we go live later this week with all our products listed in the online store. Our loyalty card has been a huge hit with customers.
Extended trading hours are a clear winner and we will continue to look at further opportunities to increase our trading hours. We are moving to new look packaging for some of our fresh and frozen products, customers love this concept as makes for easier to store at home in your fridge and freezer.
